Position: Bookkeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all financial data accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and document all transaction details systematically.
  • Ensure the accuracy of transaction records, including supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
  • Store, organize, and maintain all bookkeeping data for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Technical Requirements:

As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure you have the following:

  • A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data).
