Position: Lead Generation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management.
  • Research, track, maintain, and update the lead generation database to support business development.
  • Make outgoing calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather necessary information.
  • Achieve target Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technical Requirements:

As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure you have the following:

  • A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data).
