Position: Telemarketer/ Inside Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails, specifically in the Real Estate sector.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients, providing information about products and services.
  • Understand, present, and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and objectives as defined by leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Telemarketer or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Experience working in the US Real Estate industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and MS Office programs.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Technical Requirements:

As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure you have the following:

  • A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data).
