Position: Telemarketer/ Inside Sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails, specifically in the Real Estate sector.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, providing information about products and services.
- Understand, present, and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively.
- Set and achieve sales goals and objectives as defined by leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Telemarketer or Inside Sales Representative.
- Experience working in the US Real Estate industry.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and MS Office programs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure you have the following:
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam.
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data).
