Position: Marketing Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Deck Development: Design high-impact pitch decks, one-pagers, and recap presentations for meetings with major brands and agencies
• Maintain a visual brand template library (logos, headshots, color palettes, typography).
• Turn creative concepts into presentation-ready mockups for sponsorships, designs, and social campaigns.
• Collaborate on image and video selections for new proposals and meeting prep.
- Social Media Content & Strategy: Build and manage content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
• Design graphics, reels, and story assets that align with brand partnerships and key events.
• Write short, platform-optimized copy and hashtags.
• Coordinate with partners for approvals and tagging requirements.
• Keep tabs on content performance and engagement; summarize insights monthly.
- Video & Creative Ideation: Help concept and storyboard short-form video ideas.
• Source and edit basic video clips using CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe.
• Maintain a database of content ideas tied to sponsors, and brand themes.
• Identify new trends and best practices in creator and athlete marketing to evolve business and content strategy.
- Partnership & Marketing Support: Assist in brainstorming activation concepts for sponsors across sports, social, product, and experiential channels.
• Research new brand prospects and compile creative inspiration boards for outreach.
• Help prepare visual recaps and highlight reels for existing partners.
- Administrative & Organizational Tasks: Manage shared Google Drive folders (creative assets, presentations, photos, videos).
• Track project timelines, sponsorship deadlines, and content deliverables.
• Handle meeting scheduling, AI transcripts, note-taking, and light correspondence.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or creative design (preferably sports, entertainment, or creator-driven brands).
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and basic video tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Excellent visual design sense—clean layouts, sharp typography, and brand consistency.
• Familiar with social media best practices for short-form video and graphic content.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and move fast.
• Bonus: experience with Notion, Monday.com, or CRM tools.
- Passion for culture, creators, sports, brand storytelling, or athlete marketing is a plus.
As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.
- A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
- Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
- Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
